Once kids are at a certain age, there is the difficult task of sorting through which books and games are appropriate. Sure they can spend hours quietly playing games or reading, but should they read it? We are not here to tell you what to do. Some kids will find a way to see or read things that make some uneasy (hello youtube or Tik Tok) at school or late at night before you have a chance to recycle that forgotton old laptop without parental controls. Great books and great games can supercede the desire to go looking. They can spark curiousity and the desire to learn more. We believe every kid has a hidden spark and exposure to all the different things can unleash a limitless potential and lifelong learning. This section is dedicated to books and games we've tried. We scour thrift stores and thrfitbooks.com, the library, all the lists, and constantly ask friends and family for new ideas. Contact us if you have books you want to tell us about! |
